Our house made vegan mushroom pastrami is made from a blend of oyster mushrooms, king trumpet and shiitake mushrooms. They're marinated in our house made spice blend, pressed while cooking to concentrate their flavor and enhance their meaty texture, cold smoked, and finished with a touch of red wine vinegar. Delicious hot or cold, our favorite way to enjoy them is warmed up on rye with spicy deli mustard.
