Rhea and her husband, Marcel, launched Saucy Chick Rotisserie with the vision of creating a menu that brought together flavors from her Indian and his Mexican cultures. A menu that not only showcased the commonalities, but reframed their respective cultures, food, and highlighting the "hyphen" and intersection of their migrant journeys. Inspired by their own family, the menu was designed to be approachable and layered, so that everyone at the table can customize their eats.
